Carbon-Free Mountain Day Tradition Continues

In 2018, Mr. Eaton started a non-motorized carbon-free trek for Mountain Day. The new tradition continues, yesterday led by Mr. O'Conner and Mr. Emery. The group began at the front door of campus, walked to the school beach, and paddled to Whiteface Landing at the far end of Lake Placid before they began their summit push. Upon their descent from Whiteface, they then paddled back across the lake (with a headwind) and finished with the walk back to the campus.
