The warm weather in October allowed the construction team to complete a significant amount of work outside at the Innovation Hub. The 105-year-old glass storefront was replaced and brand new thermo-pane windows were installed including new window frames. The look carries forward the storefront design and matches that of the original structure. The vestibule floor was installed and includes a heated concrete pad with Adirondack green granite. The power was also a major project and is buried in new conduit six feet underground. The industrial staircase was completed, tying all three floors together. And finally, new windows were installed on the second floor, each porch was enclosed and the glass was added down in the fabrication studio.
